HOW TO ORDER
1. PRODUCT
Navigate to the product you are interested in by clicking the photo for a complete description and close-up images.
2. SHOPPING CART
Select your desired size and quantity, then click ADD TO CART to purchase and view your order by clicking SHOPPING BAG icon on the top right hand corner. Shortly, an Order Summary panel will pop up and you can opt to continue shopping by clicking the ‘X’ symbol on the top right hand corner or proceed to pay by clicking CHECK OUT button.
3. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Once you opt for CHECK OUT, you will be directed to a new page; in which, you will be prompted to enter your email address and shipping information. Please remember to check the option “SELECT THIS INFORMATION FOR NEXT TIME” to save your account information for next order. At the right hand panel, you will also be able to review your purchase order and amend order accordingly. Click on CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD button to proceed.
4. SHIPPING METHOD
In Shipping Method, you will be prompted to review and amend your shipping address. In addition, you will also be able to select between Standard or Priority Shipping. Shipping Cost for each option will be displayed accordingly. Click on CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD button to proceed.
5. PAYMENT METHOD
Currently, we only accept manual payment via Bank Transfer. Please follow the instructions listed in the PAYMENT METHOD to complete your payment so that we can ship your purchase order as quickly as possible.
In near future, we will be introducing automated payments via Bank Transfer and Credit Card. Please stay tune.
Complete your purchase order by selecting COMPLETE ORDER Button.
6. PURCHASE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Successfully placed PURCHASE ORDER will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order summary and ORDER ID. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. The email will also outline the steps required to complete manual Bank Transfer. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
MY ORDER ID (4-Digit)
ORDER ID is a unique 4-digit reference number you received after making an order.
Be sure to write down this numbers as you need them to CONFIRM PAYMENT.
ORDER STATUS
Successfully placed PURCHASE ORDER will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order summary and ORDER ID. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation. If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email. We will not be able to make changes to your order after your order has shipped.
MODIFY AND CANCEL ORDER
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. Once payment is received, we cannot cancel your order as it has already been processed. We apologize for any inconveniences.
