Once you have completed your Purchase Order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the following details:
1. EMAIL SUBJECT – please insert customer First Name & Last Name (eg. Samantha Tan).
2. ORDER ID - please insert the 4-digit ORDER ID that you received in your confirmation order email; please note that we need this number to be provided accurately so that we can identify your payment (eg. #1055).
3. EMAIL ADDRESS – please provide the email address that you use to complete the purchase order (please note that this email address can be different from the one you use to confirm payment).
4. TRANSFER NAME – please provide the bank account name that you use to transfer the fund (please note that this can be different from the name you use to complete the purchase order).
5. TOTAL AMOUNT PAID – please provide the total fund transferred for your purchase order.
Successfully received CONFIRM PAYMENT email will receive a reply confirmation email with estimated Shipment and Arrival dates. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
